HPD-Velocity Auto Spa LLC (“HPD-Velocity Auto Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. It applies to our mobile application, website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Vehicle information: make, model, year, color, and license plate number

- Membership information: subscription tier, billing cycle, enrollment date, and history
- Customer service communications: messages, feedback, claims, and support tickets you submit
- Marketing preferences: opt-in/opt-out status for emails, texts, and push notifications
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect:
- Device information: device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, and IP address
- Usage data: pages and screens viewed, features used, buttons tapped, time spent, crash reports, and referral sources
- Location data: precise GPS location (when you enable location services) and approximate location based on IP address – used to show you nearby Velocity Auto Spa locations and provide location-based features
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 7
1.3 License Plate Recognition (LPR)
At our physical car wash facilities, we use license plate recognition cameras to identify member vehicles, automate entry, redeem prepaid washes, and prevent fraud. We collect:
- Images of license plates
- License plate numbers (in text form)
- Date, time, and location of each scan
LPR data is associated with your account when your vehicle is enrolled in a membership or wash package. We retain LPR data only as long as needed to provide the Services and detect fraud, and then it is deleted or de-identified.
1.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
- Payment processors (transaction confirmations, fraud signals)
- Marketing and analytics partners
- Social media platforms if you sign in or interact with us through them
- Service providers who help us operate the Services

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only as described below:

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will continue to send transactional and account-related messages (e.g., billing receipts, membership notices, customer service responses).
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Velocity Auto Spa. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
5. Location Data
If you enable location services in the app, we collect precise GPS location data to show you nearby Velocity Auto Spa locations, provide directions, and offer location-based features. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings; however, certain features may not function properly without it. We do not continuously track your location in the background unless you have enabled background location for a specific feature.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Account and membership records: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
- Transaction records: retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws
- LPR data: retained only as long as needed for service delivery and fraud prevention, then deleted or de-identified
- Marketing data: retained until you opt out, then suppressed for compliance purposes
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, SDKs) to:

- Analyze traffic and usage patterns

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 12.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
- Opt out of marketing communications
